This is an old famous Macedonian folk song

I tried to translate it as good as I could, though I must admit that such type of songs are really difficult for translating...
Hope you will get the point

Here it goes
Kirjana is selling wine
Kirjana* is selling wine
to boarders, she doesn't give
to boarders she doesn't give, oh
She is selling wine to Stojan**
His mother is reproaching and "teaching" him
"Don't go Stojan, Kirijana
Kirjana will deceive you
she will take your goods, oh your goods"
"Ah ,my mother, you old one!
The goods cost hundreds
the goods cost hundreds oh,
Kirijana herself, oh, costs thousands!
Her eyes are two cities
her eyebrows, mother, bazaar
her face is whiteness, oh
her hair, mother, nettle"
Kirjana and Stojan are old traditional Macedonian names...
"More" or "Lele" are exclamations so I didn't know how to translate them literally
