Could you suggest some cool PIRATE SONGS for the thematical party with my work colleagues (like for example "Yo ho, yo ho, a pirate's life for me")?
Or maybe you even know some bands who are playing such kind of music (I can think only of Flogging Molly)?

Hey i got a couple:

Anything from the band Captain Tractor (newfie pirates there definately in)
- the pirates who dont do anything - reliant K
- something from the Pirates of Carribean Soundtrack (get at walmart)
- Try using limewire or kazaa or whatever song generator you have and look up "pirate" youll find dozens
- Anything from the irish desendants
- Look for some authentic irish music...seriously
