Sound of the drums

Rode down the highway
Broke the limit, we hit the ton
Went through to Texas, yeah Texas
And we had some fun
We met some girls,
Those dancers who gave us good times
Broke all the rules, played all the fools
Yeah, yeah, they, they, they blew our minds
And I was shakin' at the knees
Could I come again please.
Yeah the ladies were too kind
You've been - thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Yeah yeah yeah, thunderstruck
Yeah
Oh, thunderstruck, yeah
Now we're shaking at the knees

Thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Yeah yeah yeah, thunderstruck

Said yeah, it's alright
We're! Doing fine
Yeah, it's alright
We're! Doing fine
So fine
Thunderstruck, yeah, yeah, yeah,
Thunderstruck, thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Whoa baby, baby, thunderstruck
You've been thunderstruck, thunderstruck
Thunderstruck, thunderstruck, thunderstruck
You've been thunderstruck

You claimed something that was wrong, don't make excuses, just suck it up and move on...

Yeh, that's a really great song, definitely one of my favorites from FM. It's sad too, never really made me cry, though.

That one makes me cry, too. Especially when I'm feeling really down.
__________

Anyways...
I never really used to get sad and cry because of a song. In fact, the only songs that made me cry were "Hello" (Evanescence), "Ohne Dich" (Rammstein) and "Senden Baska" (Kirac), but now I've suddenly got a lot more of those songs

"Breaking Benjamin" (Here We Are)
"This Year" (The Butterfly Effect)
"Rewind" (Pillar)
"Call Me" and "If You Only Knew" (Shinedown)
"Price of Fame" (Submersed)
"Memories" and "Forgiven" (Within Temptation)

Was it included in the movie? o.ô I didn't know that.

Well, I was going on the computer randomly surfing the net, then I found this site where someone recommended one of their songs, I think it was "Gone" (which btw is awesome!) and then I ended up getting their album, and yeh.. got hooked on that song for a great while... and it's really a sad one, especially because it reminds me of someone...

Whatever, I think it's a shame the movie's called the same as the band, cause when you're searching on them you find nothing but the movie and they definitely deserve much more attention cause imo they are a really talented band!

There's 2 songs that ever made me cry:

*Family Portrait* by Pink (I think something just reminded me of the sad parts of my childhood)

*Gloomy Sunday* - this song has many interpreters recently, but originally it is a Hungarian song (Szomoru vasarnap) about someone preparing his/her beloved ones for his/her death.

The same thing happened in my town when i was a sophomore in High School. [a young boy died]. Songs that they used were...

Kenny Chesney :: Who You'd Be Today
Mariah Carey :: One Sweet Day

WHAT?! Why should they?!

The band was formed in 1999, the movie came out 2004.

The rightful owner of that name is the band, not the movie. Still, it's alright, it's not about trademarks or anything, I just say that the band deserves much more attention, nothing else... and you say that they should change their name bah.. it would be the same if you had to change your username or whatever just because someone else had it the same and made it a lot more popular than you did -.-'

Default baby 'the pick of destiny'

I recently heard this song and it really chocked me because it just seemed to relate so much to the poor little 17 month old baby that was murdered in august last year by his mother & her boyfriend:

can't get to sleep tonight
No matter how hard I try
Cause it's cold and it's dark
And the wind is a whistlin'
And I can't seem to put out the light
Momma's been searching for baby
But baby been tryin' to get home
Cause it's cold and it's dark
And the moon cannot light the way
And Daddy's gone - (bye bye)

I'm just a babyyyyy

I recently heard this song and it really chocked me because it just seemed to relate to the poor little 17 month old baby that was murdered in august last year by his mother & her boyfriend.

RIP little fella
