Talking Confesiones-obie bermudez to ingles plz!

can someone please translate this, i really wanna know what its about!!!

Hoy no dice ni "Good Morning"

It's about people who lie. Three men are in the story. The first one is an adulterer, the second one is a young guy who's a cross dresser, and the third is an alcoholic. Some phrases are hard to translate but I tried to keep it as close to the original meaning as I could.
    -Amina

He comes home, in his act of a gentlemen
One of those really expensive watches and a twist to his walk
A bag with a GAP jacket
Bathed in a perfume and a lot of lipstick

He's told his wife that he works nights
And that's why now he comes home at 3 am
He thinks that just by washing the collar of the jacket really well
Up above they'll forgive him and start a new slate

Wash, wash the lies that you love so much
Converting malice into a routine thing
Wash, wash the lies but remember that in life
Whether sooner or later, the truth doesn't get cleaned

Right on time guess who's arrived
The boy, a little fancy, you already know, another one (oh yeah, oh yeah)
Let me tell you that in washing machine #15 he's mixing men's underpants
    With Victoria's Secret laundry
If way over there in the town his family finds out
That he came to New York to hide his double life
He swears that because of the distance, over there they'll never find out
Hey boy why are you hiding, be strong and come out of the closet

Wash, wash the lies that you love so much
Converting malice into a routine thing
Wash, wash the lies but remember that in life
Whether sooner or later, the truth doesn't get cleaned

    If the drink offered salvation
That American guy has a seat next to God
He comes in silent, his glasses covering him
Today he doesn't even say "Good Morning"
    Oh! Give him PEPTO-BISTMOL
Seems like on Fridays, without thinking, he goes out partying
Beer after beer, he loses his head
Falling in the floor, he muddied his shirt
And he's come to confess and buy his penitence

Wash, wash the lies that you love so much
Converting malice into a routine thing
Wash, wash the lies but remember that in life
Whether sooner or later, the truth doesn't get cleane
