I'm not familiar with this song but the title above says "Mala Suerte Con Él".

I did a little homework: I think "Mala" is María Rodríguez - a spanish hip hop singer. I also think "Mala Suerte con el 13" is the song name and it is on the CD called "Residente o Visitante" from Puerto Rican rap group Calle 13.
