Hi, my name is Chris (Christos in greek) and I'm a primary school teacher here in Greece. I think I can help you a bit :-)
Let's try to "group" things a bit:
In my opinion the easiest way to learn the use of different i's and o's in greek is to start from the back of the word to the front.
So, as "lesson" #1, I think it would be easiest to start from the o's at the end of each greek word:
As you -may- know there are two o's in greek language: the -o- and the -ω-.
The -ω- is used always at the end of every verb. Example: μένω, δένω, τρέχω, πίνω.
The -o- is used at the end of every other word: nouns, definite and indefinite articles, adjectives, etc. Example: καλό, βιβλίo, μικρό, νερό, βίντεo.

I will be glad to to continue if you want, or answer any question anyone of you may have. Please forgive me in advance though, because I may have an irregular presence here in this forum due to professional obligations.

Assuming this is the right place to ask, i was wondering how one should answer the phone in Greek? Actually i wonder both "pick up" and "hang up" words in Greece..

secondly, i come across with the word "feggari" very much but the usage seemed like very wide. Besides the meaning of "moon" what does this word mean?

    thanks in advance

Well there are many ways... personally when a friend calls me I say ela (έλα), avoid it if you don't know who is calling you. Some good ways to answer the phone is embros (εμπρός), parakalw (παρακαλώ), oriste (ορίστε) or even legete (λέγετε). There are also many words to say when you hang up the phone like geia (γεια), antio (αντίο), ta leme (τα λέμε), filia (φιλιά), filakia (φιλάκια) and some formal words are geia sas (γεια σας), antio sas (αντίο σας) etc.

Feggari has only one meaning, moon, but there are some greek expressions which change the meaning:
~ Ένα φεγγάρι έζησα στην Ισπανία (=I had been living in Spain for a while)
~ Ένα φεγγάρι μου είπε ότι... (=Once he/she told me that...)
Άνθρωποι τύχης είδωλον επλάσαντο, πρόφασιν ιδίης αβουλίης.

euxaristo poli Maria it's good to learn this.. i was listening to this "moro mou kalispera" song and "moro tou" doesnt say anything in the song, so i wondered what one should say on the phone

about feggari, in the nikos kourkoulis song he says "pires ths zwhs mou ta feggaria", so it means "you take my times" or sth?

Νο Ι don't think it's time... it's something like you took the light of my soul out of me and you left me in the dark. Sure it's metaphorical and I think it means Don't say you love me because you dont, you took everything from me and you gave back nothing.
Everyone can give a different meaning to this sentence but I think this is a good way to interpret it. If anyone has a different thought on this, please share it with us, I'm really curious to know how other people understand it.

maria, I read the lyrics of the song on youtube ; ugh! the same sad things of non-reciprocal love and delusion. The lyrics are sad but so real , badly To me this might be either:

,,you took away from me the best days of my life but you kept yours ones"

,,you awoke my very deep and mysterious feelings of my soul but you deluded me, keeping your own ones hidden"
Πάμε ξανά στα θαύματα όπως μια φορά...
