Jazz/Techno song stuck in my head and I don't know it! HELP!

Back in about 2002 (the song is probably older though, i'm guessing the 80's or 90's) my dad used to play this song, and the tune has been stuck in my head since I was nine, but I don't know the name, who's it by or what catagory it falls under, I need help!!

The song starts off with a sort of jazz tune, just a saxaphone or trumpet
Then it suddenly goes into trance/techno beat, and there's a man or something singing, and it's very.... techno
There's also a piano solo somewhere in the middle.

It's not much to go on but any suggestions would be nice please!!
