This is one of my favorite songs we play at kohls and i have never been able to find out the name. i have song id on my phone and i've tryed to identify it with that but even my phone doesn't know it! the internet is also no help!

I also work at Kohl's, and I cannot for the life of me figure out what this song is. We just started playing it not too long ago. It's soft, has acoustic guitar in it, and the guy seems to say in the chorus "What did you say, say edgar". This is driving me crazy! Help! (kind of sounds like a josh radin song)

hey I have a song I'm trying to identify too; so I was in kohl's and I heard this song again, and it's killing me trying to figure it out.
it's sung mostly to a 'funky/pop' sort of beat by primarily a black soulful/r&b sounding guy saying "forever, ever, ever..." it kind of echos after he says forever the first time. his bridge goes something like "and I...don't ever want to feel this way..." or something along those lines. in the middle however, there is a girl that does this little session that goes something like "do you really want to- hold me tight? every-day and ev-e-ry single night..."
from what I can tell, I believe it's a remix to an older song.

I've also been searching for that song. Kohl's uses DMI Music & Media Solutions as their music provider. http://www.dmimusic.com/
I sent them e-mails two different times asking them for information on that song. They never answered me. Maybe if more people send them requests, someone over there might reply.

Hi,

i work at Kohl's as well and there is a song in the juniors department that they play like 2x a day when im there and i have no idea who its by, ive been google-ing for the last 1/2 hour and still no luck... it sounds kinda like its Jason Mraz

the chorus is like:

gonna fly you away
gonna fly away with yoooooooouuu

some of the other lyrics are (cause i can only remember parts of it)

never holla at these girls always comes naturally

not trying to bluff
not trying to be shy

felt real good cause she was all mine

there is another song that is played too there that i like and just like that one I have no idea who sings it. From what I can tell, its a woman singer, (sounds like Toni Braxton) when the song first starts, it sounds like a clips from an old 1940's movie that says " I wil always love you" then goes into faster music. some of the lyrics i know are, Ohh baby save me yeah,,,,,from falling in love so soon.....i have looked and looked do not have any idea what this song is called, just know that i have only ever heard it at Kohls. pleae if anyone can help, i would appreciate it. thank

Hi, I've been to Kohl's 2 times now and heard this song and can't figure out what it is. It's a female singer, a sorta slow song with lyrics something like..

"If I ain't got you, I don't (got)have anyone." or maybe "If I don't (got)have you, I don't have anyone."

That's all I remember but it's been in my head for days and can't seem to go away till I figure out what it is. Any help would be greatly appreciated! =)

I think the song you want is "Ain't Got You" by Kevin Michael. I also thought it was a female singer when I heard it at Kohl's.

"ya'll know what this is"... then it goes into a girl singing. sounds like beyonce. they sing "cant stop thinkin bout you..... baby your loves like a magnet, and i cant get enough.." anyone who has heard it let me know! thanks.

is it "better with you" by abigail zsiga i think this is for all the kohls employees that work so much the music is stuck in our heads! =] hope this helps

hey kohl's associates! I think our stores have def. had a fair share of good & bad songs! I've worked there almost 3 years and there has been some music i've ran home to download and other songs that I can't stand to hear. I'm anxious to know everyone's all time favorite Kohl's music!

I am a Kohls employee too, in Albuquerque, NM...There is a song that has the words like...in the chorus:

Bay B B B Bay-Bee (like she is stuttering BABY), don't throw me away (or don't throw it away)

I know it sounds silly but i really like this song!

Oh, I found the "listen to the angels singin' our song on the radio" song, will post answer when I re-locate the file on my computer.

It is comforting to know i am not the only Kohls employee that digs this music for more than just background patter...

I am so sorry....i made a humoungous mistake on the "listen to the angels" song...

The song i downloaded was "Come Around" by Stars go Dim, another song at Kohls that i had a rough time with, but this is NOT the "listen to the angels" song i said i had identified in an earlier post... very very sorry for the misinfo

I also work at Kohls. Mostly in the Jr. department and there is a song that I really like and can not find it foer the life of me. It goes "hey, hey, I'm the new kid in town. Won't you be my friend. Won't you show me around. 'Cause I feel a little insecure." It anyone knows the name of it or who it is by it would be a lot of help.

Speaking of the music in the juniors dept., where did it go? I work in juniors at Kohl's in Baytown, Tx and juniors radio is gone! They just play the stuff I'd usually hear in misses all over the store now. It sucks. I loved the stuff they would play on juniors radio. Did any other associates lose it?

I can't believe I found this, but anyway, I work at Kohls and there's this song by a female singer and it's kinda mellow and some of the lyrics are "I run away I run away" also "And I've been waiting all my life to run away ..." her voice is so pretty.
