Okay, so I work at Kohls and there is a song that comes on and I cant find out what its called for the LIFE OF ME. Its a male singer and its sort of slow. In the chorus he talks about being "here in your arms". If anybody knows what its called, please let me know!

I work at Kohl's in Papillion, NE and there is a song that goes

"Take me there, take me there, where I wanna go. Take me there, take me there, I'm ready to explore.

This may a tricky one but here goes... I heard it in the Niles, IL Kohl's. It's a song in French and the singer sounded like Sheryl Crow. Uptempo pop song. The only word I can remember from it was "soleil". Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

I haven't heard any French lyrics song play at Kohl's yet. I'm just taking a guess here. This singer has another song playing in non-Kohl's stores. I wonder if her French song is the one you heard.

Well it's funny you should mention Eleni because I know who she is and have a few of her songs. But the one you posted is definitely not it. Its much more upbeat, faster tempo, not in a minor key. I would swear it was Sheryl Crow singing it if it wasn't for the French lyrics. I am tempted to go back just to see if I can hear it again. This one will really bug me if I don;t figure out who it is LOL. But thanks for responding!

Can you give us any more details about the song? For instance, is it sung by a man or a woman?

Sorry but not even close. The song I'm looking for is pop and upbeat but more singer-songwritery.

I won't post again on this until I actually hear the song. That way, I'll know exactly what I'm looking for. Keep checking back.

You never got back to us about the new song. Here's one that I think is pretty sad. It has the lyrics, "I hope I love you enough to let you go". It's song #8.
