I don't know why it is so...but everyone's votes for Dino really made me smile. Thank you all, Paul, Bijan, Sade, Ercument, Viva -Yes, that was arabic at the beginning and maybe you remembered that Dino is the man who sings that Godinama song I sent you before =) - ...finally...we (my sad little country) won something. :P

Milena's vote is for Mustafa Sandal actually. (She said my bad introduction for Mustafa should make her vote count for 4! :P, but even so, I guess Dino Merlin will still win.)

When I first heard Mustafa's version, I really liked it, mainly because of ney. Even I wasn't sure when I posted this battle, but when I listened over and over to Dino's and then saw the lyrics of Mustafa's cover...the winner was clear to me...Not only is Dino's voice so much richer, but I can tell you that the original Bosnian lyrics (to me at least) carry so much deeper meaning.

Sade, you wanted Bosnian recommendations...I will translate the best parts of this for you (Yes, Silver Moon, I already know it has been translated, but I don't care. :P) because I think you will understand why I love this song so much now.

I was trying to find translation from Bosnian to English but failed due to problems at ATL so I more or less translated it for myself :-D The chorus is soooo meaningful - love it!!! If you could give me the link and include me in the recipients list - I'd be most greateful!!!

I believe these lyrics deserve to be put along with song at the obsession thread - I can't stop listening to it and even ventured some singing in the chorus :-DDDD
