I like the colour pink. Make of it what you will.
I had the same problem. I downloaded the song and when I was listening I thought: Something is missing here? (Hayko) But fortunately it didn't take my 2 months to realize it.
I never heard/read anything about that. But Hayko acted in a movie called "Çocuk". (It sucks big time!)
Viva, good for you! Turkish suffix lessons never end.![]()

I like today! First, I found a Redd album I had never heard (a soundtrack to a movie called Prensesin Uykusu). Then I come here and see 3 of my favourite songs posted in a row- 110 -İstediğin Buysa and Özledim Seni (I have all 3 albums from 110; but these are two of my three favourite songs from them- the other is called Aramıza Hoşgeldin) and Ne Yerdeyim Ne Gökte.
VeryClever- I'm so happy you liked that song. I love the music, the lyrics, the Ogün voice. I especially love how he sings "Dertler birike birike..." and "aslında" (of course, Milena!
). You mentioned that you like songs with the word "damla" in them...I already mentioned it to Milena, but I have the same fascination with songs that use the words Allahım or Tanrım. This song has both, so I'm happy.
Now I want to listen to that album (3), it's my favourite one of his, I think.
Özledim Seni is a perfect song to me. I love EVERYTHING in it. I've been obsessed with it for about a year now, and I'm still not tired of it. (I'm a little sad that it's not totally original though. It's taken from Blink 182 song, "I Miss You.")
İstediğin Buysa- ahhh. I'm really glad you found another 110 song that you like, Milena. I particularly like how he sings this; his voice sounds so great/sad/desperate/tragic/beautiful in the chorus. It sort of gives me a chill. I listen to this song a few times a week since I first heard it.
Does anyone else notice 110's fascination with lyrics with the word "cümle-"?
I put Can Kırıkları on cd, Milena, but I can't listen to it yet. Because I can't stop listening to Artık Kısa... I'm completely in love with Oyunlar, Kalbim, Herkes Bilsin İstedim, and Artık Kısa Cümleler Kuruyorum.
I guess 110 aren't the only ones who like "cümleler".![]()

Aslında...I heard that song when I was watching some live performances on tv few days ago (Redd, Hayko, Çilekeş, etc) and I liked it at first hearing, especially chorus is great.
I noticed it. (Bitti Mi?, İstediğin Buysa, Özledim Seni) I think their lyricist is fond of grammar like you.
I'm really glad that you're enjoying that album. Let me know what you think about Can Kırıkları when you listen to it.
This song is haunting me...

Oh Milena, you always surprise us, don't you?
So lets go to the planet X
I'm speechless as always, this song is haunting me too. Na NaNaNaNa NaNa
Last night, I saw a Music Video, and I've become so confused since then. I saw a very strange cover, very very strange.
Please see these two versions and judge yourself.
First - The Original One (My All Time Obsession)
Şebnem Ferah - Sigara (2001)
Then - The Cover
Müslüm Gürses - Sigara (2010)

No competition at all. Şebnem's the Queen! That was the first song I really loved from her too. The chorus is so nice. The cover is just odd. But I will say "good job" to Müslüm Gürses for recognizing a good song when he heard it.
Thanks for the Aylin recommendations, Milena. I'll check those out for sure.
I do have a song I'd like to share today. It's called Yalan Olsa Da from a band called Lityum and I'm quite obsessed with this song (and another song called Hayal but I can't find it at the moment.) Sorry, again there's no video, but I think the picture is nice enough to look at for a while. Particularly the first and third members. It takes a minute or so for the song to pick up momentum, but please give it a try and let me know what you think. I also noticed this singer has clear/interesting pronunciation, no?
The chorus of this song has a similar effect on me as my grammar-mates' (110) İstediğin Buysa. Vocally and lyrically so pleading and desperate. In both songs, I want the singer to repeat the chorus just a couple more times before the song ends.![]()

Guys, haven't any of you listened to these? They are worth giving a try, Parti and Milena, it is probable that you will like
I love "Into the Sun" by them.
PS: Viva and Paul, could you guys please be careful while calling me "ayımız" as it also means "our bear""Ayı" means bear and with a "-mız", it turns into "our bear"
