English translation for Teoman's 'Gemiler' (Ships)?

I am an Australian, and am looking for a translation of the Turkish song 'Gemiler' by Teoman.

I apologise, as just prior to posting this new topic (thread) I sent this request as a 'reply'... I have just joined, but now understand how to use this site. Sorry..
