Welcome here balkaneuro. Nice to meet you! here is the translation:
Steel steel
I have a slight movement in my inside, what's up (or I hope it's good)
Heart is hopping mad (and) give me hell
What I say is gainless, doesn't squeeze words, this is much
(It) says that leyla has reached her mecnun (leyla&mecnun are mythical lovers)
oooo of of
Fickle fortune took me at a disadvantage this time
It found a way and trapped again
Entrapped me on purpose again
ooo of of
It is obvius from every state of him, he'll take
He's from the people who look at floor( means below) and set on fire heart (This idiom is used for catty people), (he is) ordeal
(There are) poplar winds on my head
Darling's fires surrounded the chimney
Heart doesn't care even if its tongue is on fire
But his steel steel eyes (steel is adjective here, meaning his eyes are like a steel)
(They) bumped my heart from twelve( means he made me love him with his good features, he made it perfectly)
The die is cast, this heart ignores the law/edict (means doesn't listen to me, does whatever it wants)
His looking his smiling are so grateful
Honey streams from his mouth (means he talks sweety)
Life is in vain without him
He infuses new life to me
Butterflies flit in my inside
I covered distance to land of lovers

bogazici86 - afet quick question
doesnt cakmak mean like a lighter?? like "ama cakmak cakmak o gozleri" doesn't that mean like his/her eyes are like flaming? or is it like an expression i'm not familiar with probably : )
u asked bogazici but i can answer im alper btw welcome!
you're right it means his/her eyes r shiny..stuff ,you're right![]()
Merhaba! Cok tessekkur ederim. Bende memnun oldum. Turkceyi kendim ogrenmistim yani cok begandigim icin sarkilari dinleyip onlari kendim terjuma yapmaya calisirdim ondan sonra bi turk coicuguna inglizce ogretmistim onda biraz daha iyi ogrendim/. Aslinda ben Tajikistanliyim (tajik) ama kac sene oldu Ozbekistana tasindik ve simdi burada yasiyoruz. Ozbeklarin dilide biraz turkceye benziyo yani cok degil ama it has similarities.
Hmmm I see. But you're very good at speaking. Evet özbekçe türkçeye benziyor ama özellikle telaffuz (pronunciation) çok farklı. Bence büyük başarı, yani kendi çabalarınla bir şeyler yapabilmen. Ben de kendi çabalarımla yunanca öğrenmeye çalışıyorum ama çok zor bir dil. Ama yunanca şarkılar dinlemek çok faydalı oluyor. Tekrar çok memnun oldum tanıştığıma![]()

yeah, such a long story but i will try to make it really short, im albanian my ancestors are from south eastern albania but i live in america. my dads side is partly turkish and a lot of my cuzins are half albanian and half turkish because from like long long ago back home in europe turks wud like marry albanians and so on so yeah . lol random
im sure there are a lot of loan words in all our languages i was watching this albanian show and there was a greek, albanian and turkish and slavic singer and they were talking about the bouzouki and they said it was named after basi bozuk and they were just having fun joking around like they said "dolma - dolmaki, suvla - souvlaki" lol it was an entertaining show
