Sen yoksun/It is lacking you (??? - I'm not sure about this translation)

Ne gereği var/*What necessity there is (*this one is literal, too. there is no need is free trans. of this line)
Ellerim tutmuyor artık/My hands don't hold anymore
Neden tutsun/Why should it hold
Sen yoksun/It is lacking you (??? - I'm not sure about this translation) Sen yoksun is you are not here, literally it is you dont exist.

pinar85, thank you for your corrections and hints... As i am learning turkish by myself i can see i am having little progresses and i am trying to some translations as an exercise... i think i must improve much more, but translations of songs are especially difficult coz their free meanings
Anyway i am keeping trying and learning from your corrections, advices and hints
