SOS! english to turkish!(blessing)

hey,buddies! there is going on turkish culture week in beijing.
i went there,made friends with a couple of turks.One of them even became my Papa,he sent me handcraft(earring & necklace made of silver and horn),and he lead us attend the very exclusive governmental dinner . i appreciated them so much!!!!he is gonna leave here 2 days later,i will make a card for him.but i can't speak turkish much,he can't speak english .so i need your help ,pls translate below into turkish:

"dear dad,we are so lucky to meet you.we just meet by chance,however u give us so much!
we love people just like you who has a heart as real(unsophistication /firm/sincere,,,etc) as earth,as wide as sea.Good man always leave scent behind where they ever stay.god will belss good man.
we will remember you forever.we hope someday we could go to turkey,go to the fantastic istanbul,surely we will visit you."

i hope u translate it in a guzel way no need very literatural,simple&accurate is okay i must make it within 5 hours .hope anyone who can help me as soon as possible!
and if u can pls gimme some advise how to express myself to an old man that i respect and love very much in a very turkish way!what shall i say,or what shall do?

if you are respecting someone older than you; the best way to show it in Türkiye is to kiss his/her hand, then make the hand touch ur forehead.

if you are respecting someone older than you; the best way to show it in Türkiye is to kiss his/her hand, then make the hand touch ur forehead.

This might be very stupid or funny question for you, please don't mind. When you say older.. older as in how old exactly? I have couple of older friends they are in their 30's and 40's... so as their young friend I so wanna play with them and make them feel old... so is it funny/ok to do this to them? I wanna be evil hehehe just to tease them

haha yes !yesterday i saw another old man (60s ,maybe) tried to kiss my papa ?I thought he was totally a kotu cocok

how old is your papa? my friends as i said are 30sand 40s, and I am only 23 soooo i get to make fun of them!

so i didn't do it wrong?

well this isn't something with strict bounds. theres no such thing as an"age limit" but i can say that if u wanna show respect to a real old person like grandfather/mother u do it by kissing the hand.

for your friends, it should be a good joke as ur age difference isnt much and more importantly friends dont need to show respect to each other with formal traditional ways, tho if you it, some of em(females especially) may get offended when u kiss their hands and take it to ur forehead, as they r obsessed with all that aging/geting old syndrome thing, and may think that as a some kind of insult : )

and iyeh; if u r like real good friends with this man i dont think ull need to do anything extra/special to show your respect..
