Thank you in advance!

I know... that was rather odd. I didn't expect it either...
For the record, I certainly did vote the song and brainwashed all of my friends to do so! lol
While waiting for a response I did a bit of searching myself and I found most of their discography! but thnx anyway for the offer. I really appreciate it!
I was wondering if you could help me meet them! lol

I wish some day the Greek entry have Greek lyrics but I'm afraid that the result won't be so good as yours...
Finally I strongly believe that you can even get the 12 points from Greece.
Good luck and believe to this clear and strong song

yea u gave us actually 12 points...hope next year things will be better for greece and turkey as neighbours cuz every year turkey does what it s necassery to be a neighbour for greece.

Well, since you live in Izmir, you're almost as far away from them as I am. btw, my great grandfather came from Izmir, and my great grandma from Instabul, but that was a looong long time ago...
You could inform us in time the next time they perform live!
There is a saying in greek, which goes like that:
Αν δεν πάει ο Μωάμεθ στο βουνό, πάει το βουνό στον Μωάμεθ!
and the meaning is, if sth doesn't come to you, then you should go to it.

I do believe that Mor ve Ötesi with Deli were the true winners of the contest. I voted for that great rock song, that was by far the best among the 25 songs in the final.
Great band, great song, great lyrics

Hello,
I'm from Portugal and I saw the Turkish performance in the eurovision songcontest and I was like thrilled. Loved "Deli"! My favourite song was the one from my country, but next to it was Turkey, so I voted for Turkey.
I went to Mor ve Ötesi's Myspace and I found out that I like their other songs too. So, is anyone here able to tell me a place where I can download their songs or just send them to me? I'd appreciate it a lot.
Thank you.
P.S. As you can see, the language was/is not a barrier.

1)I voted for Turkey too, not strange though that we did not attribute the points (political reasons most probably).
2)Unfortunately, songs that have to say something don't get much.
3)Last Sunday (after the contest) a group of experienced greek musicians (musician Katsaros for the greek forum members) said on live tv that the song was ok but their ears found it hard to get familiar with turkish language+rock music......THAT IS !@#%^!&@$!@&. If we ever want to understand each other is see and hear things from another perspective.
4)Great work by the band, but a bit hard to find their cds.
(By the way, I ordered all their discography from TULUMBA.com)
Turkish members, pls send turkish eshops' internet addresses for future reference.
5)Another song that was not treated fairly was Bulgaria's

Unfortunately it was more than obvious...
which proves that Eurovision is more than just a simple song-contest.
I suggest that, starting from next year, each country should be divided in Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western i.e. Greece, and vote each other, like the former USSR did.
Black humour, huh? perhaps... but the truth is that the russian song didn't deserve to win the contest. No offence.

Hi! I'm from Russia! Well, I'm kinda pleased that we won, but... I didn't get how could that happen that this song wasn't even number 2.
Even though I didn't understand what is the song about, I gave my choice to Turkey. It's a really wonderful song worth being a winning one.

Eyxaristo LoLa. I suggest that we make the SEU (Southern European Union) and solve our problems with our neighbours. May I remind you that our more developped partners form the north still call us, Italy, Spain etc "Club Mediterranee" (famous french hotel chain). It sounds like a joke, but older people (my grandfather came from Trebizond) used to talk about that union quite long ago (sadly)....

I believe that what we need to keep in mind is that, Eurovision is a song contest and not a way to prove "Who's the Boss around Europe". Unfortunately, it seems that it does not depend on us (meaning common people).
I find it hard to believe that the Turkish song actually got 0 points, at least from Greece. So I feel kinda stupid for spending my precious money on tele-voting and a bit of ashamed on behalf of those who made up the results for my country...
Anyway... I hope I'm wrong.

:-/. It's just a stupid song contest and a big scam. The points aren't given based on the quality of a song but other reasons and this is a well known fact. Therefore; no one should feel offended why their beloved country or other countries didn't get the points you think they deserved.
Personally I think Greece got too many points for such a childish song but don't get me wrong, I absolutely adore GOOD Greek music but this?
It's just a matter of taste I guess...
