what he does is not something productive or original. i cant stand his style of singing even. i directly change the channel when i see him, already he is not shown up on channel so much. well, i guess you know many turkish singers, i thought you know who are fine who are not. let me tell you who i think are fine
Nilüfer, Yeni Türkü, Zuhal Olcay, Grup Gündoğarken, Cem Köksal, Sezen Aksu, Funda Arar, Tarkan, Candan Erçetin, Yaşar, Göksel, Şebnem Ferah, Emre Aydın, Nev, Bülent Ortaçgil, Kenan Doğulu, Mustafa Sandal, Pentegram, Cem Karaca, Barış Manço, Bulutsuzluk Özlemi, Burcu Güneş, Feridun Düzağaç, Zülfü Livaneli....
these are some, i think what they do is good, some of them have good voice, some of them have ability to product new things, some of them have both.If you want any specific genre, i can multiply the names. i tried to write more than one genre

A few are unknown but I know most of the singers you named. Nowadays i'm listening most to Türkü.
He's not that awful, there are worse Turkish singers in my opinion :P.

there are always bad singers, but since they have money they can be known by people....and i dont buy their album for them not to make more money , he he maybe i am too small part of it but i like doing this. there are poeple who really deserve it aa, by the way i can give you an example ::: Hilton.she has money, but so many knowher, she made album as well, and surprisingly so many bought it. what i want to learn is that. she was here last week and she was wearing the same dress with a turkish woman who was model i guess. and in my opinion, the model was better in it. i laughed so much when i realized it. have you heard about this? i wonder if this was shown in other countries' tv

No I didn't know she was in Turkey.. I don't like her either :P.
I don't know every Turkish singer his/her background, who's rich or who's not. To me it's important that the music and voice sound good cause I can't judge the lyrics because I can't understand them yet.
I like singers who put their heart and soul into their songs and not only to earn some money. I've noticed that Türkü singers are like that, that's one of the reason why I like them so much.

yes, exactly, Yeni Türkü do it really well, they dont earn so much i guess but since they love to do music they go on ! i really like them... their lyrics are generally good as well... i like eagean music, they have a good taste!
