can i just ask

some turkish boys
dont they just want to settle down?
like i have a turk/kurd boyfriend
and im also turk/kurd
and all he wants is to settle down
but im scared of his mother
but inshaAllah she'll like me

and also
i know lots of friends in turkey(girls)
who are going out/engaged with boys
and their australian

and to cyberbabe
with this friend of yours
in my opinion
keep talking to him
coz i know how hard it is to say goodbye
just maybe dont believe everything he says
until you see him next
and maybe he has had millions of girlfriends
but anything before you shouldnt affect your friendship/relationship
and also the only complication you'll have with him
is his mother

but dont worry
you dont have to say goodbye
and i understand you
its very diffulcult

take care everyone

xx

'Don't they just want to settle down'? That's an easy question.
If he wants to settle down, he will. If he rather wants to screw around, he won't settle down. Uuh.. mother-in-laws... always tricky .

A guy who immediatly says he loves you, can't be trusted. It says one thing about him and that's that he doesn't know the meaning of the world love.
Don't listen to the words that come out of his mouth but take a look at his actions cause they speak louder than words.. ALWAYS.
Love is the most simple thing on this planet, it's not complicated at all.
If you love someone, there's nothing you wouldn't do for this person if you think that this person is worthy of your love.
If someone tells you that he loves you but he's not willing to prove it, than everything should be clear to you.

Do not worry Cyberbabe! lol I am sure you will find something to do and you will understand eachother without dictionaries! If you don't.. well, in that case I'd agree with Volcano - don't waste your time...

turkish boys want sex, huh? extraordinary! I can't imagine any other country on the world with a male young-adult population craving for sex...

silly turkish boys and their sex desire... tsk tsk tsk

Well.. all in all, this is a very interesting topic! Just yesterday I was given a speech from a girl who has had some Turkish bfriends (including a serious relationship) in the past years and her point was that what makes them different from guys from other countries is that they don't just ditch you afterwards ... well... hm...
Truth is, they (and I mean the guys you meet in holiday resorts) are famous for saying "I love you" (in many languages) the first time they lay their eyes on you and I'm the type that would run for my life if someone did that to me! It's also a fact they are different.. try making a Turkish guy angry and you'll see the difference! lol On the other hand I agree we shouldn't generalize... Everybody is different!

the thing is
even though were together now
i still dont accept those words
"i love you"
the words askim and canim are used frequently

but yh i make him angry
when i call him a yalanci "donkey"
but when he gets angry
he sort of doesnt stay angry
like he leaves me
and then he comes back maybe an hour later saying sorry
and out fights are always over how i dont trust him
i do
but everygirl knows that you dont just give in
and we were friends for a while before we started going out

but i also want to ask
he asked my mum for my hand
and he goes
i want your daughters hand in marriage
i love nura -_-

i mean should i believe he wants to settle down?

xx

xoNuraox : You can tell him YES, but the wedding can be later, or no? For example 5 years later... And if he loves you, he will wait for you.

and tht we can grow up together as a family

and he told me
he doesnt want to waste time being boyfriend and girlfriend

i dont know whether ive got a turk boy 1 in a million
or if i just got another "dickhead"

descarada1982: No woman is an oruspu
it is just a foul language
if there is love in the air
theres no way stopping
people do stupid things when in love

i think no woman should be called that
but i feel so sorry about the situation you were in
did u have to say goodbye?
