example : would you mind open the window = momken 7adretak/7adretek tefta7/tefta7i el shobak
little adjustments:
inti is for female and i'm not so it's inta
same for modhesha but just remove (a) so it's modhesh
t7al is in the present so in the past is 7alet
(loghz kbir) is masculine i guess or at least in Egypt
and if you want to say for me =ly لى
then it will be : inta modhesh 7alet ly loghz kbeer
but you r good keep on

Ah! I get it it is like Hindi "Ji" In Hindi when we are talking and someone wants to be formal or polite he or she may call u Reda ji.
Other case if you are talking to an elder like Pita ji (father)
