The lyrics are actually quite lksjdflksdjlfjklsd messed up but I assume it's ironic or something...they're not a band like this. It's not serious...it's just a funny song. (imo)

REP is the short form for "Die Republikaner" a small german racist party. Sascha is described as a typical member of this party...

with this song Die Toten Hosen are taking the piss out of those people, so don't worry, it is very ironic!
