Everything in creation is vibrating. Music is powerful. But what is music, really? There was a dignity, modesty and wit to the music in the 40s, by the 50s it becomes more sensual and uninhibited - this continues to build into the 60s and 70s - one could say that there is an adolescent curiousity or optimism felt in the music (a sense of discovery and novelty which no one really knows where it's heading), nevertheless underneath it lies a sadness and an insatiable hunger; by the 80s music in general becomes more obscene and vulgar and in some cases grotesque, ugly and dark and this trend has intensified down to the present day. Music has to some extent burned itself out. There is an attempt now to go back and recover old songs, in an attempt to bring back that ole spark of the 60s - but it doesn't work - the people have changed. In the future, man is going to rediscover music - what it is, the purpose of it.
