Romanian is NOT and easy language and some things you'll learn only by seeing, reading and using them many times.

And yes, there are some mistakes in your last post, but look at things this way: I was able to understand what you meant, despite the mistakes. Which means you're on a good path

So:
Cred că niciodată voi putea traduce/să traduc un cântec întreg fără greş
Cred că niciodată nu voi putea traduce/să traduc un cântec întreg fără greșeli. (mistakes)

(don't forget about the double negation. In Romanian, unlike english, it is a rule: nimeni/nimic/niciodată + nu + verb)

şi ştiu că pasămite deja am greş cu ceva
și știu că probabil deja am greșit ceva*

pasămite is a regional/ old way of saying probably. And very cute, if you ask me

am greșit ceva-- something in what I did was wrong (usually used with things you actually make. Like when you solve a maths problem and the final result is wrong. You'd say: "am greșit ceva, undeva" (I did something wrong somewhere)

am greșit cu ceva-- something I did was wrong
( She's upset because I did something wrong towards her-- E supărată pentru că am greșit cu ceva față de ea.)

This is a bit difficult to grasp, so if you didn't understand, I'll explain again
