„Pritisak“ je uobičajenije u srpskom, dok se „tlak“ češće koristi u hrvatskom. „Kapiram“ ili „kužim“ je sleng, ne bih to uzimao u obzir. (Meni je ljepše onda ono bosansko „kontaš buraz“! :D)

About those differences: mostly all words belong to both of languages, but just some of them are more common in one language, some in the other language. Examples:
„hlače“ or „pantalone“ (trousers)...

Actually, one should avoid using word „puno“ in this context, because it means „full“. Better word for this context is „mnogo“, which means „so much“ or „allot“.
