Please help me recognize this song...

I've managed to recorded it with my cell phone. Sorry for the bad sound quality. I have a very old cellphone.
I've heard it on Thursday 17th April on a internet radio station that was playing in a coffee shop.
I know the radio station's name and I've sent them an email asking them what was the name of this
song they've played at that very specific time, but they didn't reply (...that's what I've expected) so I've decide to look for help elsewhere.
The song has some funk to it and has a very catchy chorus, but I can hardly hear the lyrics that the singer is singing.
If anyone recognizes the song, please help by telling me the artist and song title.
Any help would be appreciated.
