Yes, One of the possible meanings of "Dark" is "Tarik", but here in this phrase you can also translate it to "Siah" which is a better translation. Knight is "Shovalieh" (شواليه).
So "Dark Knight" is persian is "Shovalieh-e Siah" (شواليه سياه) which has two meanings depending on the situation or the sentence you use it:
1-A knight with black suit

2-Kinght of Darkness
