Yoru ni ichi nin de kono kyouju o haroingu
Mae ni fukidasa reru inori o motsu tanitsu no kyandoru raito
Fauru oboeru koto de wareware ga baindo sa re, kinchou shite iru
Mata, saishuu teki ni sai riyou sa re masu nokori no bubun o wareware ga
mada nokot te ganba
Shikashi, itami o tomonau kako o hakai shite soto desu
Yume no shisou o fukugen suru tame ni watashi no tamashii o kisu shuppatsu
Tandoku de tabun asa no hikari no kusari ni baindo sa re masu
Wareware no kakusa ha matome te…

Torn from in between and tattered from the fray
Once again we are connected by the chain as slaves
The giving in to let go of dark secrets held dear
But a voice within cannot help but betray
Hallowing this fear alone at night
With a prayer blown out before a single candle-light
By foul recollect are we bound and strained
Hoping rest will finally reclaim, again we still remain
But the painful past is out to destroy
Kiss my soul to restore a dream thought departed
Maybe in morning light the chains will bind alone
With our divide brought together...

I'm way behind in my reading and I almost missed this entirely...

This reads like fine silk, in my thoughts, and I think 5 words really bring it home: Kiss my soul to restore.... That's what love can do, and we can always hope for it. With that I'll take this as a very hopeful poem, beautiful as always.
