Sorry, but I can't find the lyrics there... When I click the link at the song, it only says, "No lyrics". (...actually I speak Finnish and not Karelian (with is a language, too), but according to the name of the band and the names of their songs, I believe that the song is actually in Finnish.)
Hii ^^ I think this is the lyric you are looking for?

Petroskoi
Ongo Petroskoi kaunis linnaine,
čoma Oniegan järven randaine.
Rahvas Karjalas hüvin eletäh,
eloaigaistu ainos kohendah.
Chorus:
Rahvas linnah ajetah,
toine toizel küzütäh:
- Kunne ajat?
- Kunne ajat?
Sinä ajat, minä ajan,
sinä Petroskoil,
minä Petroskoil.
A gu dorogat külih stroittih,
kivet, kannot kai matkal murrettih.
A gu maššinat linnah ajetah,
buitto villaizet kerät kurutah.
Chorus
Tulou aigu vie muga elämmö,
gul´ankal kuudamalla ajammo,
kalitat huondeksella paistammo,
bil´etat Petroskoilla ostammo.
Chorus

Is it Karelian, or kinda mixtured karelian / finnish ?? ō.Ķ
(I have no idea, since Im brazilian, Im just curious about the song!) hehe
Oh, wait, it isn't Finnish indeed. But on the other hand, Karelian is related to Finnish that closely that I can understand this song quite a well! Just some lines are something that I can't understand. I'll translate this after I've translated another song that is still in process.
Okay, my try! So, I speak Finnish, but Karelian is closely related to Finnish, so I can get something out of the song. We warned that there is MOST LIKELY errors: a word in Finnish may mean something else in Karelian. As support, I used Karelian dictionaries.

Petroskoi
Petrozavodsk [1]
Ongo Petroskoi kaunis linnaine,
Petrozavodsk is a beautiful city,
čoma Oniegan järven randaine.
??? on the shores of Oniegan.
Rahvas Karjalas hüvin eletäh,
The peasants live well in Karelia
eloaigaistu ainos kohendah.
Living times are only getting better.
Chorus:
Rahvas linnah ajetah,
The peasants are striven away to the city [?]
toine toizel küzütäh:
They ask from each others,
- Kunne ajat?
"Where are you going to?"
- Kunne ajat?
"Where are you going to?"
Sinä ajat, minä ajan,
You are going to, I am going to,
sinä Petroskoil,
You to Petrozavodsk,
minä Petroskoil.
I to Petrozavodsk.
A gu dorogat külih stroittih,
??? to the villages ???
kivet, kannot kai matkal murrettih.
I think that rocks, tree stumps were broken during the journey
A gu maššinat linnah ajetah,
??? are driven to the city,
buitto villaizet kerät kurutah.
??? woolen thread balls ???
Chorus
Tulou aigu vie muga elämmö,
We life along ???
gul´ankal kuudamalla ajammo,

We buy ??? at/with Petrozavodsk.

Well, as someone is getting married who was born in Petroskoi and wants this song, it looks pretty good to me and thanks a million!
Čoma= beautiful/pretty (compare with finnish soma )
Also, rahvas=people/folk.
