Sounds like Bob Marley's "Jamming" to me, without the lyrics. I know its on his "Babylon by Bus" CD, and probably others as well. That reggae beat underneath is the key!

It does definitely sound like Jamming but I have not found any Marley version that this could have been taken from (yet). Maybe I have to look deeper into Marley.

But it could just as well be an instrumental version by someone else.
