I'm suprised that I don't see this specific letters in most of romanian lyrics, then I am searching it on internet. These beautiful letters makes language unique and shows correct pronunciation how I understood. It's strange why lot of romanians are not using them. Please correct this lyric if there are any mistakes. I am supporting correct language
of course this text is short and possibility of specific letters in low, but i see another lyric texts in this site (for example „Akcent- Ti-am Promis“ wich are much longer) without specific letters...

Most Romanians don't use these letters when typing and I agree with you that they should... it's quite confusing for those studying the language. On the other hand I have to admit that I stopped using them as well after a while, simply because I'm too lazy
...and if you know a little bit of the language you're able to guess how to pronounce the words (at least the simple ones).
Anyway, it should be spelled like this:

Și-atunci mi-am dorit vara ta eu să fiu

Usually I use the diacritics. Like Mimi said most of Romanians don't when they use internet. I thought you know the text without them that's why I haven't put them. Next time I'll put the diacritics

Yes. Diacritics is very important. I guess that with writing diacritics in your language is similar situation like in my language
