So I've had this song/music video on my mind for a couple of days. It's driving me crazy.
I can remember the music video but I can't remember the song.

The music video goes something like this::

Guy with a ukelele (( not Jason Mraz, I know that for sure )),
enters the scene and sits on a chair and starts to play as the chair
goes backwards. (( Meaning it's a chair that is on something that rolls backwards. ))
He goes down a street through a park. Trees on both sides. People behind the trees
throw out confetti and some hold signs that say things. Then the scene changes
to where he's going through a big city with cars passing by. In the end it
goes back to where he's in the park and he gets off the chair.

I'm really hoping that someone will be able to help me figure out what song this is.
I thought I had it bookmarked but it must have been on my old (( now broken )) computer.
