Both translations are accurate (the one i did, and this one>http://lyricstranslate.com/en/ai-se-...hands-you.html).
Ai, se eu te pego = 'Pego' comes from the verb 'pegar', that means, literaly, 'to get/to catch'. So the way i translated is correct, and the other way is correct also, but it actually seems better than mine>> "Ah when I get my hands on you, (poor you)". And of course, depending on the context, it means also f***. But, as I said, it isnt the literal meaning of those words. The "exact" meaning is 'to get'.

By the way, now I see that "when I get my hands on you" sounds so much more logical, because "if i get you" is too literal; i translated like this because sometimes it is hard to find the right word to translate a slang =^.^=
