I don't really belong in this section - apologies for intruding - but I scribbled this on the back of my chemistry paper this morning and thought I'd put it out there!! It's not very good, but I was bored!!!

Love was just a dream to me/ no matter what I tried,
When a shortie on the corner/ made me stop, you caught my eye,
Didn’t know back then, right way back when/ right back at the start,
That a little girl like you could swoop in/ come to steal my heart,
I was impossible to reach/ soaring high above the clouds,
‘Til that moment when I saw you/ standing out from in that crowd,
I was flying, now I’m falling/ and I s’pose I should stop stalling,
And come straight with you, go all in/ and I’ll show my hand at last,
