You must really crazy about this girl. But your lines almost read like a letter. They are prosaic and long, not short like a song.

Passionate lyrics.....I can see how this could fit into a melody despite the above users comments, i could name loads of songs with long lines but that would take the focus off your work which is very good.

I don't really think the length of the lines have much to do with the content. I find it more about syllable and cadence in relation to the actual music. I agree that when I first saw it I had the thought as well, but looking deeper there are many songs that have found ways to break away from rhyme schemes and short lines and have made a very passionate impact.

Great song and a good choice of words. Your message is very clear and I think that's great. Awesome expression. If you do notice your lines being too long or if you ever do seem to be wrapped up in the mix focus on the syllable and cadence of vocals, not just the actual word selection. Just my two cents. Great job, though!
