At this stage in my life I find myself only gravitating to music that has some level of higher consciousness in the lyrics. Looking to compile a playlist with similar themes. Anything spiritual (any denomination), socially or politically conscious, inspirational or philosophical. For example,

Beatles - The Word,
Moody Blues - Isn't Life Strange,
John Lennon - Imagine,
Marvin Gaye - What's Going On,
Bowie - Word on a Wing,
Whitney Houston - Greatest Love Of All,
Pulp - Help The Aged,

Any genre is welcome. Rock, Soul, Disco, Dance, Funk, Folk, Pop, etc. I have most of the 1960's covered but lacking in 70's - current decade.

Anything you can come up with that I've never heard before or haven't thought of is greatly appreciated.
