Any ideas?

Hi all, hope someone can point me in the right direction here. I've been in Kohl's twice in the past few days and each time this song is playing, and now it is in my head. It's really beautiful. Not so much a slow song just subdued, female singer, maybe acoustic guitar? It's hard to make out the lyrics, but they seem to go something like "lyrics hey little girl from around the way" OR "have you seen the news today" OR "I'm taking on the world today" -- I can't tell what the actual lyrics are. But they are followed by repeated vocalizations like "hey hey hey heyyyyy heyy" and "oh oh oh ohhhhh ohh".

This is driving me crazy because I'm hooked on the song but can't for the life of me find it. Searching seems to turn up a bunch of dead ends.

Any ideas?
