I'll give my honest opinion here. While it appears that these are pretty personal lyrics, I feel a lot of lines are somewhat generic or too obvious for my tastes. I definitely don't think they are "not good" by any means, I just feel you could probably come up with some more interesting and perhaps more unique metaphorical ways to interpret some of them. I'm not a lyrical expert by any means, just my 2 cents.
