HELP!

HELP!

I was in a Kohls store sometime in January of this year and heard a duet (I'm pretty sure it was a male/female duet, anyway) and though I can't remember exact lyrics but here's the gist:
the guy is explaining that he's realized he doesn't love his mate any more and that it wouldn't be fair to continue the relationship now that he knows this
so then I *thought* that the chorus was something about not being able to love with half a heart or can't love with a heart that's untrue--something like that

That's all I remember!! It was such a good tune, though, I felt sure I'd remember the chorus or *something* so that I could come home, Google the lyrics, and find the song. Without even a sure line to go on, I have been up a creek! In desperation, I Googled "song I heard in Kohls" which brought me to this forum.

Again, please help if you can!!
