    This song might be form 80' or 90's and there is a part with sax goes: tu ru ru ru tu ru ru ru
    there is also part when singer does part like: mmmm mmmm
    they sing something like: 'will you be my number one' or 'won't you be my number one' (not sure about those lyrics)
    and it reminds me a bit of "don't worry be happy" time, style, I guess there might be also some celebrities in the video...

    Thank you for answers and sorry if I wasn't clear with my hints and thoughts, but it was middle of a night when i heard it. One again I wanted to recall everything and I thought there was for sure a celebrity in the video and my first though was Chevy Chase and.... BINGO!
