Hi I don't know about the first sentence but "uspokój się" means "calm down" (order or advice).

Hmmm.... "tuda" word does not exist in Polish. Shouldn't it be "tutaj"?

Then "dawaj tutaj paskude" = "bring here this freak/eyesore". The sentence can refer to person or a thing.
