Could anybody please translate Se Miso? Thanks.

Είναι αργά και στην καρδιά μου σκοτάδι
δεν περνάει το βράδυ κι υποφέρω
Μες στο μυαλό μου ότι υπάρχει πληγώνεις
το κορμί μου παγώνεις και πεθαίνω

Και σε μισώ
βαρέθηκα να ζω με υποκρισία
κουράστηκα με τόση αχαριστία
με ψέματα και ψεύτικα φιλιά

Και σε μισώ
δεν έχεις τώρα πια δικαιολογία
κουράστηκα να γίνομαι θυσία
δεν άξιζες τον κόπο τελικά
και είναι αργά

Είναι αργά κι ακόμα δεν ξημερώνει
η καρδιά μου ματώνει που δεν σ' έχω
ότι θυμάμαι με πονάει με πληγώνει
ο εγωισμός μου τελειώνει δεν αντέχω

Και σε μισώ...

Κοίτα πώς κατάντησα
καρδιά μου κι ότι αγάπησα μισώ

It's late and there is dark in my heart
the night does not pass and I suffer

I bored to live with lies
I tired with ingratitude
with lies and fake kisses

you don't have excuse any more
you don't worth
and it is late

It is late and it doesn't dawning
my heart is bleeding because i don't have you
everything I remember it hurts me,it hurts me (In English πονάει,πληγώνει have the same meaning)
my selfish doesn't run out,i can't stand

And I hate you...

I hate everything I loved,my heart.

Thank you MrJohnGR! But it rests one doubt: in "ο εγωισμός μου τελειώνει" the translation wouldn't be "my selfish runs out" instead of "my selfish doesn't run out"? I mean affirmative instead of negative?
