This is from a while ago I was going through some old writings and I found it again. I don't think I really finished it but here it is.

Imagine it kinda slow

I'm sitting up here
alone in a hotel room
Staring out into the fading light.

My eyes are filled with empty tears
For people that are no longer here
Friends that left- and family that never cared

I remember all the times before
But now you won't have to worry anymore
I'm ending it all tonight
Please don't cry

As I write out my last goodbyes
I keep seeing your face
I remember how i felt in your embrace

I said that I would see you again
And you know that you were my best friend
But I can't go on like this

Just know that I'll be happy now
I don't belong here anyhow

I promise you'll see
