1.The disease envelops you more and more-
    Slowly-
    Day by day
Its serrated fangs devour your body, mind, and soul away
When it reaches your stomach, you become a black hole
All accreted matter fires out your poles
At six-seven-oh million miles per hour
    And shoots into your nose
In a brutal display of power

    R.

It comes and it kills you
It comes and it kills you
It comes and it kills you
It comes and it kills you
    Death!
    Medicine!
    The white coat murder machine
Your insurance can't cure the disease
    Death!
    Medicine!
    The white coat murder machine
Your insurance can't cure the disease

    2. Lay in your hospital bed-
    Dying-
    Day by day
The cold, riveted railings keep humanity away
As it reaches your mindset, you turn into a zombie
For every last thought you are fumbling madly
Nightmares cloud your vision as you turn into a monster
You just become a reporting, leftist, spinster
Your soul is now an empty dumpster

    (refrain, solo)

    3. The end comes upon you-
    Quickly-
    Day by day
Final moments approaching with eyes that start to glaze
Your body still warm as the hour slips away
Here they are, your freezing last desserts
It grips your spinal cord, breathing is inert
The sullen mortician sees the toe tag tied
As he announces that you've finally died

Nope. It's just about horrific disease in a hospital setting, as well as general death, and how medicine and insurance can't necessarily help everything. There's also some dark, anti-leftist humor in the second verse.
