Help massively appreciated identifying 90s Hip hop / Rap Tune!

Hi guys

This has been bugging me for ages, it's definitely a late 80s / 90s tune and originally I had it on a compilation album which I think was called "Hip Hop Hooray" but I can't find it anywhere on Discogs or even the front cover in google images!

The main clues I have is it either had a sample of a woman singing or an actual woman singing something like "Diamond rings, what it brings, is happiness" as the chorus, started with a piano chord and then rapping for the rest of it and it was kinda upbeat...

Again it would take a great burden from my mind if this was identified and very much appreciated!
