Ive had this song stuck in my head for years (though only a small part of it) and cant remember what its called or who sings it.

Basically the part i remember goes like this:

i cant remember if this is a beat, or if someone is singing it(first one would be a beat, the second would be someone singing), but i'm pretty sure know a woman sings the actual song (or sings the Shooby Dooby do, da da dada part, maybe both?). its been killing me, i know it used to be one of my favorite songs and its similar to "La Da Da Dee Da Da" and "all around the world", but i just cant remember, please help.

(also it may be from the 80s 90s or early 2000s)
