Default Freelancer's tip: how to make a statement without visiting the bank

I work for foreign clients, payments go to Payoneer or Wise, and sometimes they ask me for a bank statement to confirm my income. But the bank told me more than once that the statement will be ready only in 3 days, and I needed it urgently. Has anyone already found a convenient solution for such situations without running and queues? What services really help a freelancer to quickly issue a statement?

One day I urgently needed a Canadian bank linked statement - for my visa application. My bank wouldn't give me the format I needed, and the templates were too “European”. So I found a way to fake a bank statement with the right detail and the right logo. Basically, I just chose the TD Bank template, entered my data, the required period and currency - everything looked correct. Saved a day of bureaucracy and passed the check with no questions asked. Considering how often freelancers are faced with non-standard requests - this was one of the most convenient options.

I switched to digital statements as soon as I started working remotely. Paper documents have long been irrelevant, especially when all correspondence with clients is online. If you urgently need to confirm income or a transaction, it is quicker and easier to generate a PDF than to wait for the bank to send something. The main thing is that the document should contain all the key fields: name, date, balance and details.
