Travel or permanent for allied health?

Hi, I've been working in allied health for a while and I'm starting to think about whether travel assignments might be a better fit than staying in a permanent position. I like the idea of seeing new places and having more flexibility, but I'm not sure how it compares in terms of stability, benefits, and overall experience.
