Alternative song

I have had this song stuck in my head all day. Its a slower alternative rock song. The only words i can remember is something like "i was in a caravan". In the background a noise that sounds like a bird kind of squawking keeps repeating. If it helps I heard in a PacSun store. If anyone else works in one, I'm pretty sure all the DMX playlists are the same I know its not much to go on but thank you for any help

Well this was from a long time ago but I finally figured it out. The song was 'Where the Sun had Been by Mason Jennings. Just in case anyone needs it
