A sample from known tune

i'm not putting much hope to this one, but maybe someone recognizes this.

on P-Jay's myspace is a song called "Tell Me What You Want". I would like to know the song, that is used in this song, before the women starts to sing (right in the start). That music before the women starts to sing...it is from a very known song, but we cant figure out what song it is.

It's not Faithless, that's why you could not find it anywhere. But the title is Sincere, and that was enough information to end my pain...
