Old hip-hop/sean paul like song lol

Hey ya'll. For the longest time I was trying to find this song. I remembered the tune, and how it went and what not, but didn't know like hardly any words. Today (happy 4th!) I was drivin to town and it came on the friggin radio. I didn't realize it was it at first cause the beat starts out different and I was like. Man this is an old song. Then the verse came in and I WIGGED OUT I WAS LIkE HELL YA!

Well the song is kinda hard to understand its a guy singing and he sounds weird but here are some lyrics to it.

"I'm letting everybody know, that I'm here to rock the show" or "I'm letting all the people know, that I'm here to rock the show"

"Your lovin me, your turn up for me (all night long)" <<<--- sounds like that

At the end of verse he'll say something like

"Yes I do, yes i do do do" or "Yes I cry, Yes I cry cry cry" (or try)

"You said you'd never turn on me, but you did, but you did"

Alot of you would know it I'm sure, It isn't like a local song but I use to hear it all the time in the late 90's (97-99) for certain. I tried hard to listen but I had to drive 2 lol
