I'm sorry but doesn't it mean "a strange pain from Mostar" instead of "poor girl" ???

Its more like saying 'poor little one' (female little one)


lol..I know i was the person who needed the translation (disaster really) but its beacuse songs dont always mean the same thing once translated LITERALLY. But im Croatian (with a Serbian boyfriend sitting next to me) so im familiar with terms like this!..
Im pretty sure the translation is correct literally and in the context of the song!
